岗位职责和要求：
Scope Of Role: Shanghai, Nanjing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

-Visit the borrower’s premise to verify operations and take photos of the premise, including raw materials, finished products, production lines, warehouse, etc.;
-Retrieve, sight and copy tax demand note as well as original accounting documents to cross-check income;
-Talk to borrower’s management on the company background, buyer and seller information, profit margin, etc.;
-Prepare site verification report on an objective basis;
-Develop sound knowledge of specific business industries and personal communication skills during the inspection procedure;
-Cooperate with Credit Analyst in the process of underwriting, by giving on-time response to questions and clarifications raising from the specific site verification report;
-To comply with code of conduct, all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures issued by the regulatory units and the Bank;
-To assist in other administration works as assigned.

Selection Criteria:

-Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Banking,
-Relevant years experience within Bank or other Financial Industries,
-Must be analytical, meticulous and detailed,
-Good communication skill,
-Ability to manage high pressures
-Self-motivated.
