岗位职责和要求：
Job Purpose :
Helpdesk on call, service and support all users on PC, standard software and hardware.
Job Responsibilty:
Provide 5*8 IT helpdesk support to SZ site at startup period
Be contact window to SH IS support team
Create SOP and User Guide documents,
Distibute, setup and maintain for PCs and Phones
Monitor Server, ADSL, VOIP and PBX performance
Other Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with great patience
Integrity and Teamwork
