Responsible for PG recruitment, training, management.
负责促销人员的招聘，培训及管理工作。

Main Responsibilities/工作职责
所辖区域Offtake目标的达成
（1）招聘：
对城市专柜运作主管的招聘进行首次筛选
招聘城市专柜运作督导
对促销人员的日常招聘进行抽查
审核批复区域内的PG/BA离职申请
（2）培训：
对下属主管进行培训，及无专柜运作主管地区的所有PG进行培训
销售技巧培训/产品知识培训/促销活动
（3）销售管理
目标调整：每月指标的调整申报
抽查网点
审核区域内的促销人员工资
监督物料管理
异常门店的分析报告
组织月度会议
人员评估
（4）数据的收集和分析
（5）专柜的销售及管理
专柜日常工作的管理（商场沟通、客情维护、货品管理等）
专柜BA的管理


Qualification & Experience/职位要求
26－35岁，形象气质良好
最少三年以上的人员管理和团队管理经验
良好的沟通、表达和管理能力
表达清晰，具备优秀的培训技巧
具有吃苦耐劳的精神，工作细心
具有一定的数据分析能力
有相关行业工作经验优先

Education & Language/学历及语言要求
本科或全日制大专以上学历.
