岗位职责和要求：
Position: Sales Manager/Sales Engineer
Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

1) Assist sales regional manager to develop and implement the annual sales plan, collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making;
2) Develop new customers, keep & develop existing customers and business, grow up new business opportunities from both the existing and potential customers;
3) keep close contact with the customers & provide quality service to them;
4) Manage and control the sales activities, including contract review and negotiation, A/R collection, inventory control, claim handling, customer satisfaction survey, etc.
5) Manage and develop the sales engineers;

Requirements

1) 26-40 years old, bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent;
2) at least 4 years sales experience in fasteners (screw, insert for plastic, bolt, nut) for IT industrial (mobile phone, laptop, LCD etc) or automotive parts industry, last 2 years are at a account-manager position in the same industry; 主要从事机械紧固件或汽车紧固件（airbag/manifold）的销售，如螺丝、螺母、金属扣件、连接器、金属冲压件等.
3) Good presentation skills, good listening skills, and good negotiation skills;
4) Work with great passion and can travel frequently;
5) Honest, open-minded, responsible and integrity;
6) Can work under pressure, strong team work spirit, self-motivated, result oriented;
7) Good command of English, fluent in English speaking, listening and writing;
8) Good command of PC knowledge, MS Office word/excel/ppt. software is a must.
