职位描述
岗位职责和要求:
负责带领设计团队管理酒店项目的设计。
有连锁酒店、餐饮、超市等连锁式经营企业设计经验者优先。
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Senior Developer Manager of his region to assist them in technical and design set up of project and feasibility studies for both new built and refurbishment/rehabilitation of existing properties.
Procure the services of Architects, Consultants and Interior designer, for the design of Ibis Hotel
Provide management and technical direction for the projects by coordinating with the Construction Directors, Architects, Consultants and Quantity Surveyors, and ensure that the hotel design and construction conform to Ibis specifications and product/brand standards.
Optimize the project as much as possible by consulting with all parties involved in the project during negotiations with consultants, contractors, promoters or building owners. This would include carrying out design reviews and value engineering exercises with Architects, Consultants and Interior designer
Contribute to improving hotel technical performance in terms of operational costs, guests comfort, energy and water consumption, maintenance costs, working conditions, etc.
Follow up the detailed design, according to ACCOR specification, and optimizing it trough our specifications
Liaison with local authorities for Design Approval
Lease and purchase negotiation for technical specification and limit of scope of work
Requirements/Qualifications:
Sound technical knowledge of building design, building systems and installations (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) Conversant with the building codes and regulations, safety and environmental standards and requirements, and other regulations and procedures of the local authorities in China.
Strong leadership, decision-making and teamwork abilities. Able to manage and coordinate with the Construction Managers, Architects, Consultants and Owners.
Experience:at least 15 to 20 years
Languages:good knowledge of English and Mandarin.
Geographical mobility: must be prepared to travel throughout the South Region to the locations of the hotel projects.
