岗位职责和要求:
Position Title: [Associate] Financial Analysis Manager-Financial Reporting
Supervisor Title: Financial Analysis Manager-Financial Reporting
Location: Tianhe District, Guangzhou, P.R.C.
Yrs. of Experience: At least five years
Education Level Required: University degree in finance, economics or equivalent
Five Key Responsibilities (Only for grade X03 & above staff)
1. 30% Reporting Forecasting Consolidation
2. 30% OPEXCAPEX Control and Budgeting
3. 20% Analysis and Business Problem Solving
4. 20% Reports and Control
Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent:
* Reporting Forecasting Consolidation:
- Structures, prepares and consolidates standard monthly reporting package, consecutively improves quality by providing innovations and strengthening communication to the team,
- Identifies findings in monthly package, reaches alignment on action plansnext steps with other Finance teams and business partners.
- Leads OB and Revisions forecast processes – sets master schedules, identifiesconsolidates drivers, improves forecast model and responsible for submission and management review.
* OPEXCAPEX Control and Budgeting:
- Leads OPEXCAPEX forecast processes – sets cost element targets, identifies drivers and improves forecast model and management review.
- Identifies issues and recommends options and solutions in the planning cycles, highlights risks and opportunities.
- Constantly uses the forecast to influence behavior and short-term business direction.
- Initiates solutions for any budget challenges that could guide management and business partners to protect forecast commitments.
- To review Opex spending contract and provide sound financial advise and economic evaluation.
* Analysis and Business Problem Solving:
- Has a deep conceptual and operational understanding of finance and CFI (IFCO) as it relates to all aspects of the business.
- Provide guidance for the accounting team and the budget owners that improves the compliance, forecast accuracy and the company control.
- Deeply understands strategy and financial aspects of the businesses (e.g., pricing, technical performance, profitability, costs, competitor benchmarking etc.).
* Reports and Control:
Provides best in class service is one of finance commitments to business partners. Timeliness and accuracy are two important measurements for our performance. This is also key to the effort to strengthen internal controls. Key regular reports are listed below
1) Monthly packageletter- Opex
2) Reconciliation - Opex
3) OPEX tracking report
4) HC report
5) LCBS tracking report
6) OPEX LE (consolidation)
7) Other reports to be discussed
8) Standard presentation
Incumbent Requirements:
- A university degree in finance, economics or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of finance related experience with enterprises
- Experience in FMCG companies with Opex Capex management is preferred
- Innovative with strong sense of responsibilityurgency
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, sound business sense
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel and Word. Exposure to SAP R3 is preferred.
- Good command of English skills.
