岗位职责和要求：
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for general production area supervision, including personnel direction, material control, job priority scheduling and quality assurance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Train and supervise employees to perform their tasks and to comply with quality and quantity objectives including evaluation, communication and discipline.
-Assignment of personnel to operational functions, including prioritization of activities.
-Responsible to anticipate requirements and ensure that materials, equipment, and tooling are available.
-Develop specific area objectives on a short and long term basis to correspond and production plan.
-Overtime and temporary manning necessities as required.
-Maintain area safety within housekeeping standards and machine operations.
-Ensure that materials are controlled within procedures and that operations are correctly documented and tracked.
-Motivate personnel with positive feedback and constructive feedback.
-Assist in hiring process, including interviewing and personnel assessment.

POSITION RELATIONSHIPS
Key Internal Customers:Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Raw material and Finished Good Inventory, Warehousing, QA.
Key External Customers:None

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Candidates should have a college diploma.
Language: Read, writing and speaking English in addition to Mandarin is preferred
Work Experience: Candidates should have five years manufacturing experience, the ideal candidate will have at least two years experience with a foreign invested enterprise.
Skills and General Experience:
-Working knowledge of production scheduling, supervision and quality methods.
-Communication and leadership skills are required,
-Technical knowledge, mechanical is preferred.
-Attention to detail, solid mathematics skills, computer data entry and word processing are necessary.
-Knowledge of cellular work teams, Just-in-Time, SPC, ISO9000 experience beneficial.
-Interest in outdoor sports is preferred..
