岗位职责和要求：
- Provide sales administration support, order processing, follow up
delivery arrangement for local and oversea customers
- Ensures customer order related reports/documents are prepared
correctly and on-time
- Prepare sales report
- monitor customer account receivable
- Manage customer's demand and forecasting

- Degree holder.
- Minimum of 5 years customer services experience with minimum of 2 years experiences in supervisor role.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
-Independent, self-initiated, dynamic and resourceful to provide ideas for ongoing improvement of service level.
- Excellent communication skill and fluent in English/ Cantonese and Mandarin.
-Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft office application, excel, word, power point..
