岗位职责和要求：
Job Duties:
Handle ocean shipments per SOP
Assist Manager to handle daily activities that affect individual customer
Communicate professionally with vendors when/if service failure
Monitor pre-alert, booking, loading report and distribution of shipping docs to overseas in
Timely manner.
Issue House bill of lading and FCR
Provide training to Junior staff
Carry out and maintain ISO

Qualification:
College degree or above
At least 3 year ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry.
Mandarin and English language proficiency.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
