岗位职责和要求：
工作地点: 广州新白云机场

Duties:
- Origin/Destination Country customs documentation preparation and audit, including AWB, Invoice, brokerage documents, contract, insurance docs etc. Make sure documents are complete & clean.
- According to shipment volume and ready time, arrange proper trucks for pickup, follow up truck and shipments loading and customs declaration and export flight/truck arrangment, make sure all shipments can be well arranged to catch scheduled transit flow. Keep on monitoring the shipment transit situation, and revert any exception.
- Manage operation and office supplies to support daily operational consumption. To coordinate external venders for inside operation or office needs.

Requirements:
- Associated degree or above degree holder in Economicx/Logistic/Trade or in related discipline.
- At least 1 year experience, preferably in transportation industry.
- Basic command in Computer Operation & Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English with CET4 or above.
- Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint..
