1) Design, develop and implement Preventative Maintenance Programs for all manufacturing
equipment to ensure continuous, efficient, safe & cost-effective operation of equipment. Develop &
maintain annual budget for the same. 为确保所有设备在持续、有效、安全及合理预算的条件下，制定、发展和执行预防维护程序，并合理设定及履行年度预算。
2) Manage maintenance team管理维修团队
3) Direct the activity associated with the installation of new equipment. Support the development of
equipment set-up procedures and instructions. 指导完成新 设备的安装，协助制定新设备开发的流程和使用说明。
4) –Schedule and Trouble-shoot equipments and other facilities. 计划解决所有车间和设备故障。
5) Promote innovative technology and method to improve equipment utilization, and to reduce cost.促进技术创新，提高机器设备利用率，降低成本。
Requirement要求：
Candidates should have an undergraduate degree or above in Mechanical or Electromechanical or related science. 候选人应具备本科学历或以上，机械或机电工程相关专业。
- English communication ability during working and training conditions英语熟练
-Knowledge and practical experience with manufacturing equipment: air compressors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems and other various machines. 具备各种生产设备（如空压机，气动系统，液压系统和其他机械等）的专业管理知识。
- Knowledge and practical experience with Mechanical and electric maintenance. 具备机械、电气专业知识和实际经验。
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and scheduling. 具备预防性维护知识和计划制定经验。
- Good technical communicating and presentation abilities. 良好的技术沟通能力和表达能力。
- Willing to work under press.
