岗位职责和要求：
Job Function
Monitor daily air or ocean operational issues or logistics activities.
Work closely with Supervisor to ensure customer's requirements/handling procedures have been met.
Provide documentation support to customers and overseas colleagues
Answer inquiries from customers, internal or overseas colleagues and well coordinate with local shippers, airlines/carriers, co-loaders on air and ocean operational or logistics issues if needed.
Settlement and accounting work
Report generation

Academic
College level or above

Skill/Knowledge
At least 2 year air / ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry.
Mandarin and English language proficiency.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
