岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilites:
1.Review Test strategy and coverage, if any, with test development team;
2.Review special test instructions, ESS (Environment stress screening) requirement, HALT (highly-accelerated life testing) requirement, etc;
3.Address Design for Testability (DFT) issues, if any, to test development team;
4.Review electrical power, fixture, and equipment requirements to test the product;
5.Evaluate requirement for debug equipment and tool;
6.New tester deployment (Gage R&R, Strain Gage) review for all test equipment,with test development team, or 3rd party supplier;
7.Review customer deliverables, such as Gold units, test fixture, debug equipment, etc;
8.Assure test engineers and debug technicians are trained to use the test equipment;
9.Provide relevant testing work instruction / TPI for each test station;
10.Verify the master device when programmable part is used;
11.Setup and validate test equipment and program.

Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor degree in either Computer, Electronics or Electrical Engineering with at least 8-years related working experience. Candidates with more years of related experience will be consider for Manager position.
2.Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
3.Good team-players and self-motivation.
4.Candidates should have PC architecture, and highly preferred to have Server architecture knowledge.
5.Knowledgeable in SMT Process
6.Candidates should have Linux development, C-programming and Labview knowledge with some experience in test development.
