岗位职责和要求：
Job Funtion:
- To liaise with our counterparts and ensures the proper SOP is in place.
- To walk through the operations process with the Air, Ocean and Logistics operations terms.
- To handle customers complaint.
- To assist the respective departments when problem incurred.
- To ensure the existing customers are well taken care of.
- To achieve company Sales Target.

Qualifications & Requirement:
- College level or above
- Preferably 3 year work experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Computer literate..
