Execute ESH planning, auditing, training, consulting and researching
Job Responsibilty 职责责任
1. To setup and maintain ESH related systems
2. To establish and harmonize ESH management procedure & OI
3. To conduct new project ESH risks control & management
4. To review and approve hazardous work permit
5. To conduct ESH training
6. To conduct job observation
7. To monitor the environment of workplace and improve the non-compliance
8. To apply governmental license ESH related
9. To audit and management waste disposal vendor
10. To conduct ESH committee meeting
11. To conduct routine ESH audit and follow up defects improvement
12. To investigate incidents and follow up corrective actions "
Other Skills 本工作所需之其他条件和专长：
1. BS or above major in engineering, environmental protection, fire protection, electrical, chemical and mechanical or specialist in safety departments
2. Good in Chinese and English Languages
3. 2 years work experience in semiconductor is a plus
4. Good communication skill
5. Good team work and good character
6. Good learning attitude.
