Job Responsibilty 职责责任
1.To supervise the team members to improve and maintain environment, safety & hygiene systems’ performance.
2.To follow up and correct the defects of environment, safety & hygiene systems.
3.To supervise the emergency response for accidents.
4.To supervise the external audits of OHSAS18001 & ISO14001.
5.To plan the annual environment, safety & hygiene trainings.
6.To execute the site ESH audit.
7.To plan the annual environment, safety & hygiene budget
8.To conduct Internal and external communication"
Other Skills
1. BS or above in safe engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, chemical engineering and automatic control engineering departments. At least 5 year in semiconductor plants experience.
2.Familiar with safety science, environmental protection, mechanical or electrical.
3.Ability to identify environment, safety & hygiene problem, and solve some routine problems in project
4.Good communication skill
5.Good work quality control
6.Good ownership concepts & team work.
