岗位职责和要求：
Scope Of Role:

- To assume overall responsibilities for the management and supervision of the operations area of Shenzhen Branch.
- To provide daily, monthly and periodic reports to senior management, group finance and local regulators.
- To support Head of WBO on overall control of MLP-KYC projects for the businesses.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

- Control and enhance service quality in transaction processing, ensuring that all service elements are optimized in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Make recommendation to streamline and rationalize process flow where appropriate.
- To promote and maintain a quality focus culture in the team in order to achieve Zero Defect.
- Co-ordinate for timely and accurate reporting to regulators and Group.
- Provide day to day liaison, as required, with different businesses, compliance and regulator on WBO issues.
- Ensure adequate personal development and training for staff and formulate proper succession plan for all key staff.
- Control and meet operating budgets.
- Manage and mitigate operational risks in the process flow and be responsible for the enforcement of Audit and Risk control standards associated with SZ WBO.
- Provide proactive support to the WBO project development and implementation.



Selection Criteria:

- Broad knowledge of general banking and banking products.
- In-depth working/practical knowledge of Cash, Trade services and B-shares operations.
- Broad knowledge and skills on "Know Your Customers".
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and with initiative and self-motivated.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Sound managerial skills.
- Capable to be change agent..
