岗位职责和要求：
RESPONSIBILITY ：

ˉ Develop the work process and methods to improve the cost and efficiency of supply chain

ˉ Provides management for supplier development, supplier relationships, supplier negotiations and supplier performance measurement. Maintain an approved supplier list and support Supplier Quality and R&D for identify and develop the new supplier or second sources.

ˉ Coordinate with all related functions to ensure the planning of material and the shipments finished goods can meet the requirements of customers and anticipating any problems that may arise to hinder us to meet our customers’ requirements such as shortage of material etc.

ˉ Maintain and update all necessary information of the fourth shift system as required and the system is running smoothly that can meet our production & material requirement. -Implement JIT as far as possible through out the production and material delivery system.

ˉ Run our present warehouse to meet FIFO policy and control the inventory level of materials and finished products to meet company’s goal.

ˉ Generate and analyze management reports in an accurate and timely manner. Anticipate and solve any foreseeable problems that may hinder the production from meeting our customer requirement.

ˉ Evaluate performance of staff regularly. Ensure proper level of technical and management training for self and staff, especially to train the staff to maintain honest, fair, ethical and effective relationships with vendors and service providers.
