岗位职责和要求：
Accountability:
Implement and monitor distributor’s sales objectives consistent with company overall strategy
Implement distributor’s capability development program
Monitor and improve distributor’s performance to overall increase in-market sales and customer loyalty
Seek and select distributor to meet provincial hospital coverage needs
Control and support distributor to ensure the achievement of agreed targets as well as the operation in accordance with company standards and processes
Develop and train distributor’s sales team to achieve set sales target
Maintain relationships with distributor in order to achieve results
Qualification:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or Medical
Preferred Degree in the above disciplines
Minimum 3 years sales experience in medical industry
Experience in Pharmaceutical industry can be considered
Team Player.
