职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
Capacity implementation in factories.
New product NPI and ramp up.
Project team management and development.
Project risk and backup/recover plan management.
Contact window between R&D and production.
Drive to solve day-to-day production problems during project life cycle.
Engineering process and documents management..
Requirements:
Engineering background, bachelor degree.
Manufacturing technologies and process know-how.
At least 2 years DFM experience.
At least 3 years NPI management experience.
Project management knowledge: schedule, cost, human, risk, quality, communication planning, control and execution.
Fluent English, both oral and written.
Pro-active continues improvement mind set.
Quality improvement knowledge, 6 sigma green belt preferred.
Nokia PD process and manufacture experience preferred..
