职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
Support NPI from final assembly part.
Line layout design and improve.
Overall capacity design and improve.
Create most efficient assembly process for production.
Assembly jigs design and improve due to product design.
Join in all builds and provide improvement comments to product design.
Manufacturing support due to the requests from OLPM or factories.
FA performance maintains and improves during mass production.
Requirements:
Engineering background for assembly category.
Assembly manufacturing process know-how and know-why.
3 years IT product assembly experience.
Communication skills with R&D and production.
Capacity design knowledge.
English skills, both oral and written.
Nokia DFFA process knowledge preferred.
