- Initiate Customer Service Policy & KPI;
- Evaluation of Customer Service & Satisfaction;
- General coordinator of sales branches'daily business with HQ functions.

Job Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- More than 2 years related working experience preferred;
- Experience in multinational company preferred;
- Good English at reading & written;
- Good communication & coordination skill, good computer skill, Good team spirit;
- Knowledge & experience on Customer Service Management & Customer Satisfaction Survey..
