职位描述

岗位职责和要求:
Reporting to: China IT Manager
Job Purpose:

To support and manage the I.T. systems in use at Dyson China and resolve issues raised by the business regarding those systems.

Key responsibilities include:
Resolving I.T. issues within Dyson China through a process of analysis and trouble-shooting.
Administer Dyson I.T. systems located in China, such as User Authorisations.
Deploying new hardware and software.
Support of Dyson China Infrastructure, including WAN, LAN and Email.
Liaising with IT UK to resolve and troubleshoot issues.
Project work to implement and deploy systems defined by IT UK.

Principal Accountabilities:

Support
Provide first and second line support for:
Office applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
Business applications such as Siebel & SAP.
Bespoke in-house Intranet Applications
Provide technical assistance and problem determination of the core technologies utilised within the organisation including:
Microsoft Backoffice products
Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Applications
Microsoft Exchange Server.
Dyson Group Local Area Network (LAN)
Dyson Group Wide Area Network (WAN)
Manage escalation of issues to other I.T. teams including Infrastructure and Business Solutions.
Undertake trouble-shooting of LAN, WAN and Wireless issues.
Provision of first and second line support for the Dyson IT users in China.
Provide advice and support to the business on technical solutions (e.g. Office, Operating System etc.).

Systems Administration
Administer Dyson networking systems such as Windows NT Domains and Active Directory.
Manage user enrolment, permissions and terminations within Dyson systems and applications.

Deployment
Configure and deploy new hardware and software.
Provide familiarisation training for new equipment and new starters.

Team
Participate in projects to improve systems, processes and service delivery quality within the team, department and wider business.
Liaise with team to provide knowledge transfer to ensure a consistent level of systems understanding is achieved.
Publish, improve and manage internal I.T. documentation.
Work within the existing shift pattern in order to provide cover between 07:00 and 18:00.

Skills Knowledge & Experience:

Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service within an I.T. helpdesk function.
Technical skills required:
Strong Windows XP Professional skills essential
Strong hardware experience on HP desktops and laptops essential
Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 server administration skills essential
Microsoft Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 / 2003 administration skills essential.
Networking and TCP/IP.
Mobile phone support
Blackberry support.
Imaging software.

Supporting Internet Circuits (Essential)
Working with Telecoms providers (Essential)
Strong hardware experience, including:

Exposure to VOIP Solutions (Desirable)
MCSE Qualified (Desirable)

Experienced in managing, escalating and tracking issue progress from initial contact through to completion.

Good understanding delivering success in a Service Delivery function.
Able to engage the business at all levels to solve problems and implement improvements.
Ability to deliver under pressure..
