岗位职责和要求：
职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Achieve new business and customer acquisition goals
- Source and call on individual prospects by phone and face to face, as well as organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations within the assigned branch
- Relationship management of existing customers in accordance with established relationship management standards and contact model
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and retention
- To ensure aggressive sales targets across all relevant products are met
- Meeting client service quality standard levels set by the bank

Selection Criteria:
- A university / diploma graduate
- Experience in sales function, preferably in banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and cold call situations
- Sound knowledge of bank products and services and banking procedures, equities markets, unit trusts, mortgages and other personal investment services are preferred
- Team player who shows initiate and assertiveness
- Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills
