岗位职责和要求：
Job Description of Buyer
Responsibility:
1. Execute the Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Action Report according to Material Requirement Planning.
2. Monitor supplier's delivery and service performance.
3. Ensure system integrity.
4. Ensure that the key operating indicators are achieved.
5. Implement the supplier to return rejected materials.
6. Coordinate internally with other team memebers.

Qualification
1. 2--5 years purchasing experience in manufacture field, good track records in material management
2. Can work independently and under high pressure;
3. Good command of oral and written English;
4. Familiar with MS Office;
5. Exposure in a large scale manufacturing environment will be a plus..
