岗位职责和要求：
Job Description of PMC

1. Responsibilities:
1) Issue Production order and control material inventory.
2) Follow up daily production output and feedback production problem
3) Summary weekly and monthly production and delivery status.
4) Update system database, and make sure it correctly.
5) Communicate with global planning team to make sure the planning;
6) Support dept. manager to deal with anything else business.
7) Both production planner and material planner's responsibility;

2. Qualification
1) 2 PMC positions need at least 1--2 years working experience,
and 1 PMC position need at least 4 years working experience to handle the whole PMC work to support the program;
2) Bth production planner and material control working experience would be a plus;
It's also OK if just has PC or MC working experience
3) Good understanding in manufacturing processes, preferably in EMS environment
4) Related working experience in production planning will be advantage
5) Willingness to learn, self motivated and strong team drive force to meet target as a whole;
6) Basic working oral English and good command of reading and written English.
