岗位职责和要求：
For the position below, fluent English in oral and written communication is a MUST, as well as relevant experience in Motor/ Power Tools/Home Appliance industry/ products.
POSITION TITLE:Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer - Asia
REPORTS TO: Quality Assurance Manager
UNIT/DEPT: Quality Assurance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Plan, organize, and coordinate the quality activities for the assigned home appliances products on manufacturing locations, including:

Final Inspection: -Samples production product using the approved audit instructions to ensure product conforms to the standards.
-Notifies the quality engineer whenever audit instructions are not available for new products.
-Enters inspection results onto the Quality Tracking database. Notifies the system administrator of any database problems.
-Notifies the quality engineer and supplier representative of any findings. Provides a daily summary of findings to BHI quality assistant.

Process Audits:
Upon discovery of quality issues during final inspection, audits the production line to try and identify causes of problem and to ensure problem is contained.

Training
-In conjunction with the quality engineer, trains any new or contract inspection personnel on job responsibilities.

SEC’s (Supplier Engineering Changes):
Reports all identified product changes discovered during the inspection to the quality engineer.

New Product Launch/Trial:
Assists the Process Auditor on the 30-piece inspection of the Trial Run product. Involved by the Quality Engineer, as needed.

Each of the inspectors/ engineers has to work independently and be responsible for the quality of USD 50 million per year worth of products going to US. Accordingly, the inspector/ engineer should spend around 60% of his/her working time in inspection, 30 % in line audit and 10% for solving quality issues.2.Performs all other related duties as necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in quality audit, process audit , manufacturing process and quality tools.
- The candidate should process of very extensive experience/knowledge in the manufacturing processes and quality issue solutions .
- Good written and verbal communications.
- Strong computer skills with a firm understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Furthermore, the candidate should also be able to communicate with our US associates effectively. Thus, Using of English skill is another critical factors that we consider in our selection criteria.

PREFERRED
- Quality certifications, e.g. ASQ CQT, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Background in injection molding.
