A.JOB OVERVIEW
Apply technical knowledge and expertise in the development and implementation of new and improved manufacturing processes, procedures and equipment. Ensure that the design specifications and procurement of manufacturing equipment, tooling, etc, meet company requirements and objectives as laid out by the company management team.
对新的或改进的生产工艺，生产流程及设备提供专业意见，确保设计的规格和买入的设备/模具等能达到公司管理团队设定的目标和需求
B.FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years experience r automotive industry 至少三年相当汽车工业的经验
Written and verbal communications in English.英文读写听说流利
Strong interaction with customers in problem solving 善于与客户沟通交流并解决相关问题
Computer literate in Microsoft Office 熟练使用MS Office 软件
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment in an analytical, proactive and professional manner.
Capable of working overtime and travel outside of China. 有时需要加班和去国外出差

C.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Hands-on experience and good understanding of APQP, TS 16949, QS9000, FMEA, FEA, VE/VA, DOE, Advanced GD&T , 5S and continuous improvement tools. 对APQP,TS16949,QS9000,FMEA,FEA,VE/VA,DOE, Advanced GD&T , 5S等持续改善工具有很好的理解并应用于工作中
Good time keeping skills, organizational and communication skills both verbal and written.良好的时间控制技巧,口头和书面的组织和沟通技巧
Knowledgeable of manufacturing design specifications.具备生产设计规格制定的能力
May be asked to work more than standard hours.有时需要加班

D.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the management of the assigned program(s) from the receipt of order to production.协助处理产品从订单到生产过程中的制程问题
Assist in the process design and customer satisfaction through timely response to customer requests.协助流程的设计,并确保流程能达到客户的要求并使客户满意
Work with Process Specialist to ensure the process is suitable for application, is functional, practical and ergonomically sound与流程专家一起确保流程在功能及实际应用中是合理的
Review program open issues as assigned, oversee program status and assist in supplier development.检讨流程中存在的问题,检查程序状态,协助供应商在开发过程中遇到的问题
Maintain a current knowledge of the overall field of Manufacturing Engineering, new technology, and processes, attending training courses as needed.留意关于生产工程方面的新工艺新流程,如果需要可以参加相关的培训
Support the Program Manager's, Product Engineer's and Sales departments to complete all deliverables on a timely basis while meeting the customer's requirements.与相关部门及人员积极配合,确保所有的产品可以及时交货并达成客户的要求
Customer liaison for continuous improvement programs.协助客户持续改善所有的流程
Build and maintain process capability database.构建并维持已经确定的流程,确保生产稳定
Responsible to address top PFMEA RPN issues at all times.负责PFMEA RPN相关问题的提出
Generate PFMEA and Lessons Learned Knowledge database.制作PFMEA和生产问题点资料
Assist manufacturing to generate and maintain Operator/Machine/Set-up/Material Handling/Packaging/Assembly/Secondary Operations work instructions.协助制作并改进所有相关的操作指引
Provide support to other business areas on all aspects of Engineering issues and program related matters.对所有相关的工程问题和流程相关问题提供技术支持
Ensure processes operate in steady state and train production supervisors, team leaders and operators on how to maintain processes.确保流程运作稳定,训练生产主管,生产负责人和操作员去熟悉相关流程
Maintain plant layouts.维护生产车间的布间
Assist with customer specific documents when required.协助客户准备相关的文件
Assist with tooling time lines and supplier PPAPs.协助模具的试模进度并准备PPAP.
Schedule / assist with PPAP runs or initial trial runs.制定并协助PPAP的试运行及运作
Comply with the applicable responsibilities related to effective quality management in accordance with The Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) TS 16949.按照TS16949的原则来实施相关的品质管理.
