岗位职责和要求:
Scope Of Role:
-To assist Senior Manager in managing the day-to-day delivery of client service, including responsibility for allocating resources to deliver simply first class service and efficiency whilst minimising risk
-Accountable for the service and for building relationships with all the clients within the team
-Responsible for driving initiatives to improve the performance of CSG
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
-Manage the resources within team to meet and exceed service standards, within defined area of responsibility
-Guide, coach and motivate team members to peak performance
-Plan and control staffing, recruiting, succession, deployment, training, appraisals, and all other personnel matters relating to staff in the team
-Plan capacity to meet peaks and troughs and thereby creates time for additional responsibilities and activities for the team members (projects, training etc)
-Respond to unexpected client and internal partner demands, and resourcing issues with minimal disruption
-Identify, transfer and adopt best practice across CSG, thereby ensuring continuous improvement
-Ensure all laid out policies and procedures are complied with within team
-Check for adherence periodically and takes appropriate actions to mitigate or escalate as necessary
-Identify gaps which would put the Bank and its clients at risk and takes action
Selection Criteria:
-Sound knowledge of customer services and corporate banking (WB) products and processes (electronic channels knowledge is an advantage)
-Organised and detail oriented
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent people management skills
-Change orientation: able to successfully influence change
-Strong communications skills: ability to build clear and effective communications that drive action
-Effective interpersonal skills - must be able to work at all levels of the organisation – with senior executives, middle management and other staff
-Good listening and questioning skills
-A self-starter who is able to initiate, manage and, when necessary, escalate potential obstacles.
