Responsibility:
Leading and mentoring PMs and PLs
Supervising and ensuring projects are completed with good quality, on schedule and within budget.
Lead project teams in the full life cycle development of application solutions; primary interface with the onshore Project Manager
Perform resource management. Conduct and mentor team members reporting to them in the use of consulting/outsourcing methodologies
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Good listening skills. Good presentation skills.
Escalates and resolves issues with the onshore Project Manager and customer
Manage multiple priorities and customer expectations
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry, with 8-10 years in project management skill.
Strong communication – both verbal and written are required and good listening skills,good presentation skills. Fluent English communication
Work independently under high pressure.
Respect deadlines and be able to meet them with discipline.
Experience with software development lifecycle processes such as XP, RUP.
Familiar with XP/RUP development process and CMMI5.
Experience in leading team with at least 40 people.Led 5 project successfully at least
With strong resource management skill and good team work is definite
Experience in web-based application development is an advantage..
