岗位职责和要求：
Test Manager (Kernel Team Member)
Qualification Requirement:
5+ years experience in software testing
3+ years experience in Test Management
Good knowledge on test methodology and process
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional experiences in team leading
Passion for our customers and a commitment to high quality
Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibility
Build up test team
Manage staffing / hiring / team training
Maintain/improve test process together with customer
Estimate test effort and allocate staff to project
Review project initiation document & project quality plan
Review and approve test strategy and plan
Monitor testing progress against test strategy and plan
Ensure effective test process improvement feedback
Build relationships between development and other key internal teams.
