职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
The Position: Technical Architect
Responsibilities:
Works as a member of the Technical Architecture Team on design and implementation of application frameworks and infrastructure
Provides technical support to Development Teams
Review design spec and code and resolve performance issue.
Define development standard
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent technical management ability
Creativity and enthusiastic personality
Good design skills and Good team work.
Expert Java/Web development skills (e.g. Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Multithreading, Transactions, Web Security)
OOP,OOA and OOD skills are needed.
Experience in design/modeling standards (UML, design patterns etc.)
Familiar with SHA, JDO, POJO, UML, IOC, AOP, Struts/JSF, Portal application(JSR168/Weblogic Portal Server/IBM Portal Server),
Relatively good spoken/written English (technical writing, presentations)
Experience with Websphere Application Server, Websphere Portal Server, Websphere MQ, Oracle and Sun Solaris
Experience with database design, experience with Oracle;.
