岗位职责和要求：
1. Responsibilities:
1)Execute the electric safety operation procedure.
2)Make the electrical equipments' maintenance scheme. Responsible for checking the equipment in perfect condition,
3)Troubleshoot equipment and find root cause of problems. make necessary repairs and Inform the Department Manager of the status of the equipment.
4)Issue the work order and check the status of completion, coordinate with other departments for any power requirement.
5)Assign and supervise the Electricians' work. Evaluate the performance of the electricians.
6)Make the purchasing plan for spare parts.
7)Provide power distribution proposal for new equipments and production line. Give improvement suggestion for currant equipment.
8)Coordinate with local power supply sections
9)Keep the electrical drawing for the factory and all the equipment files.
2. Qualification:
1)2 or 4 year college degree in Electrical /industrial automation Engineering
2)Be familiar with plastic injection, metal stamping and assembly
3)Experience in the equipment maintenance. Get familiar with all the safety requirement of power supply
4)Computer skill, can use AutoCAD for engineering drawings
5)Is a leader
6)Good Administrative skills.
