岗位职责和要求：
Responsibility:
1) Analysis China printing market and customer's needs;
2) Develop the sale strategy for the whole China market;
3) Define the sale target and lead the team to achieve it;
4) Develop and manage customer relationship, and support his team to fulfill sale task;
5) Manage and coach a sale team with 20 staff;

Requirement:
1) At least 12 years sale or marketing experience in printing field and 5+ years experience at management level;
2) Deep understanding China consumeing market and customer's needs, with experience in printing market is prefered;
3) Good relationship with retail channel;
4) Strong leadership and motivation, implication to the product'ssuccess;
5) Good oral and written English communication skills .
6) Bachelor above degree..
