某大型网络公司招聘一名广告媒体策划总监。
工作职责
1、带领策划团队，负责客户的广告投放计划，为销售部门提供支持
2、负责广告策划案，并指导实施
3、配合业务部门共同开发客户

任职要求
1、产品市场推广或网络广告策划工作经验4年以上；有其他媒体经验者佳，如电视广告
2、熟悉各种策划写作形式，能独立承担媒体策划工作，有策划跨媒体营销方案经验
3、具有优秀的客户沟通能力和产品演示能力；具有良好的人际沟通能力，思路开阔，善于表达
4、富有活力，善于奇思妙想，且思维缜密，执行力强
5、有良好的团队领导经验及优秀的组织管理能力，责任心强，为人诚实；
6、协作精神、敬业、工作细致负责
7、本科或以上学历，新闻，广告，商业管理专业者优先.
