岗位职责和要求：
1生产计划的编制、实施、控制根据市场订单编制生产计划，并对计划进行实施和控制。
2订单评审组织相关部门对订单进行评审
3生产过程评估对订单完成情况进行统计分析，对异常情况进行绩效管理。
4物料需求计划的编制、控制根据生产计划编制物料需求，跟踪到料情况。
5外发计划根据生产计划和产能分析编制外发加工计划，组织实施、控制。
6库存量的控制依据安全存量和生产情况控制库存存量，包括呆废料的处理。
7仓库管理仓库物料的进、存、销，定期盘点。
8工厂采购负责工厂生产辅料的采购，包括食堂等。.
