岗位职责和要求：
Position: Plant Manager
Company : Canada owned Factory, more than 25 years overseas

Location : Zhonsghan (Guangdong)

Report to: CEO of Headquarter (North America)

Purpose Of the position:
- This person will be a key member of the leadership team and will be required to take the lead in development of a high performance manufacturing team.
- This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day and long-term plant activities.
- This individual will develop, implement, and maintain effective programs to assure the plant requirements are met; that labor and material utilization is meeting objectives; that the plant meets and / or exceeds the financial objectives;
Major Responsibilities and Authority:
- Direct and lead all Plant associates in a manner to meet product quality, productivity, and cost objectives and goals.
- Support, develop and implement all management tools as needed, particularly 5S, JIT, 6 sigma and Lean Manufacturing throughout the plant.
- Support and implement where needed company policies and programs to maintain a contented and productive workforce.
- Implement continuous cost and quality improvements.
- Support the company quality process and system to help insure quality objectives are met.
- Assure Plant compliance to all applicable laws and regulations, especially safety and Environmental.
- Generate and submit various documents, reports and other communications to provide the company with day-to-day knowledge of plant progress and concerns.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as Plant Manager of a foreign owned company with +/- 140 employees
- Experience in a labor oriented factory(assembly product)
- Experience with MS Office Applications (Intermediate to advance level Excel)

Education Required:
- BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
