岗位职责和要求：
1.收集市场信息、了解客户情况、分析客户需求、向客户推荐合适产品；
2.执行公司销售报价流程，进行项目的甄别、投标、报价和跟踪，直至签约；
3.提高投标率和中标率，完成公司下达的销售指标；
4.严格按照公司销售流程进行合同处理，根据合同填写ADF表等，以保证符合客户要求；
5.合同售后处理，根据销售合同协调客户与生产及安装等有关部门之间的联系；
6.及时准确地了解和反馈已签合同的现场进展，控制库存；
7.货款回笼、催讨应收帐款;
8.规范、管理和发展代理商。

资历与经验
1.大专或以上学历
2.6年以上销售工作经验，有电梯行业经验优先考虑
3.善于沟通与协调，有良好的人际技巧；
4.较强的判断能力，反应能力强；
5.良好的客户服务意识；
6.较好的英语阅读与理解能力，具有一定英语口语及书面表达能力；
7.能熟练使用Office等办公软件。

工作年限稍低的可以申请销售员职位.
