岗位职责和要求：
Position Summarization：
As factory quality line manager, set up the dedicated team for program manufacture quality management, support R&D to drive factory quality issue improvement.
Basic Responsibility：
As the internal auditor, drive factory process and quality system continue improvement.
Define the process to link R&D quality and factory quality.
Recruit and training new FQL（factory quality leader）, and support FQL to control program manufacture quality.
Involve regular program quality review meeting, drive the action to improve program factory quality issue.
Requirements：
1.Specialty and Education
Minimum Education: Bachelor
Best Education: Master
Specialty: Electrical Technology or other related specialties
2. Foreign Language:
English，CET-4 certification
3. Work Experience：At least 5 years experience about quality management in IT industry.
4. Skill and Capability(include computer)：Be skilled in quality management tools, and fluent English, good communication skill.
5. Train before Work：SPC、DOE、FMEA、APQP、PPAP etc.
6. Else：The experience with mobile phone program quality management is preferential.
