职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
主要职责
1.独立担当每日“制程品质保证”的策划和管理工作。
2.建立，维护并持续改善“制程品质保证”系统点检和日常维护的流程和规范。
3.培训和督导品质技术员和IPQC检验员。
4.带领品质技术员和IPQC检验员执行每日“制程品质保证”的例行工作。
5.持续提升“制程品质保证”的工作效率和团队建设。
6.在品质部负责人请假或缺席时，兼任品质部负责人的管理工作。
入职要求
1.熟悉PCBA的生产流程和品质控制点；
2.有至少3年PCBA工厂工作经验；
3.能熟练阅读和书写英文邮件；
4.熟悉各种品质管理工具。.
