岗位职责和要求：
主要职责
1.在SMT工程师的指导下，相对独立担当解决每日SMT生产中所涉及到的生产技术和工艺问题
2.维护并持续改善SMT生产相关设备和设施日常点检和日常保养的流程和规范
3.维护并持续改善SMT的生产流程和生产规范
4.培训和督导SMT机器操作员，丝印员和SMT物料员执行SMT的生产流程和生产规范.
5.带领SMT机器操作员和丝印员对SMT生产相关设备和设施实施日常点检和日常保养.
6.持续提升SMT的生产效率，降低SMT机器抛率和人员怠工时间..
