岗位职责和要求：
Major Responsibilities:
-Work independently to handle all issues during the stages of PCBA quotation, sampling, trial run and 1st mass production;
-Help PCBA supplier do some trouble shooting of electronic and electrical issues;
-Work as "project owner" independently to coordinate customers, suppliers and company colleagues to kick off thing moving by "goal focus";
-Maintain well all project key information of Product engineering drawing, BOM, SCT, PFMEA, ECN and etc;
-Perform scheduled audit to supplier to ensure On Time Delivery, Quality and Cost.

Knowledge and Capability Requirements:
-College degree is a MUST. Major in Electronics is a MUST.
-5 years work experience in PCBA or Electronic products manufacturing plant. Testing Engineer, QC Engineer, Process Engineer or Project Engineer experience is preferred.
-Be able to communicate with customers in English(Both in Oral and Written way). And be used to work in Trading company environment.
-Strong coordination capability, Strong conceptual thinking and strong goal oriented character is preferred.
