岗位职责和要求：
Brief Qualification Requirements:
1)Major in mechanical and minimum 6 years work experience with at least 5 years work experience as Mechanical Design Engineer,Process Engineer, Quality Engineer,Project Engineer, Sourcing Engineer, Merchandiser in factory or trading company.Project Leader work experience is preferred.
2) Be familiar with the processes of Plastic injection, Metal Stamping, Silicon Rubber Molding, Zebra Molding, Silkscreen Printing, Pad Printing, Over-Spraying, Plastic Plating and Metal Plating; Be familiar with the manufacturing processes of Heatsink, diecasting, Membrane, Sticker, Label, Carton Box and etc will be preferred.
3) Be familiar with design software, AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid Work, etc.
3) Be familar with the normal raw materials for manufacturing different kinds of mechanical parts.Be familar with some typical and good factories for manufacturing Plastic and metal parts will be preferred.
4) Be able to read and write English without any difficulties.Be able to communicate with foreign colleagues or foreign customers in English will be preferred.
5) Be able to handle Plasitc injection,Metal stamping projects, Silicon Rubber, Zebra etc mechanical projects independantly.
6) Be familiar with ISO9001 is a minimum requirement; Be familiar with TS16949 system will be preferred.
7) Know of QC 7 tools, FEMA, SPC, Cpk, MSA, GR&R, PPAP, 8D, DOE, QFD and other quality tools.
8) Be self-motivated and self-challenge characters, and enjoy high work pressure.

Major Responsibilities:
1) In charge of the RFQ, sampling and 1st time mass production jobs of company all kind of plasitc injection,Metal stamping, Silicon Rubber, Zebra, etc projects independantly.
2)Once get RFQ from salesman, collect all necessary information as much as possible from sales in various format.Review and fully understand RFQ project requirements based on informiton collected from salesman, discuss with related suppliers and prepare all related questions by checklist style at one time and arrange for discussion with salesman and end customer.
3) Review suppliers quotation and negotiate with supplier for cost down to submit competitve quotation at the end.
4) Work as a LEADER between customers, company salesmen and suppliers for technical information confirmation and propose solution for some technical issues.
5)Schedule for the whole project with each stage due time and report project status in timely manner
6)Simple mechanical Design work may be needed upon RFQ requirement
7) Setup or propose a reliable system to ensure all mechanical samples, trial run and mass production products are conform to customer requirements.
8) Schedule and implement a systematic "New Supplier Souring Plan" for new type of mechanical products without existing suppliers to support, or for benchmarking, price cost down, quality improvement, etc supplier chain optimization purpose.
9) Negotiate with existing suppliers to continously cost down for all existing projects.
10) Be able to do some localisation of components used in assembly projects to replace original BRAND manufacturers if need..
