岗位职责和要求：
Responsibility：
1.Loan contract preparation for each application；
2. Confirm the signed loan contract once approval and received required documents:
Double check the detailed information in the contract；
Vehicle information input into ICBA system；
Chop for the contract；
Collect the other required documents like direct debit agreement；
Send back the contract to the sales representative/customers；
3. Handle the loan contract needs to be re-signed after approval and received required documents:
Contact the customers to arrange the time and location for contract sign；
Assign the FI to sign the contract；
Vehicle information input into ICBA system；
Print and chop for the contract；
4.File and Manage departmental documentation, including proposal, Meeting Minutes, change request etc, according to relative policy；
5. Other Administrative duties assigned by division, like document preparation and Stationery management etc.

Requirement：
1.Bachelor degree in finance related majors will be highly preferred；
2.Jobholder should have minimum 1 years experience in marketing or customer services；
3.Basic understanding of captive finance business or banking business essential；
4.Be familiar with Beijing city, Driving license is an asset；
5. Working experiences in similar positions of local bank will be a valuable asset.
