岗位职责和要求：
某大型港资企业招聘一名China Sourcing Agent
Job Description
1.Work closely with U.S.-based Purchasing, Production and Sourcing teams to ensure that proper parts and suppliers are qualified, tested, priced and available.
2.Locate and qualify suppliers of injection molded cell phone housings, keypads and other key parts for cell phones
3.Negotiate prices and volume discounts
4.Negotiate acceptable delivery parameters
5.Key member of new product development team, to help establish product quality standards
6.Drive creation, and ensure accuracy, of BOMs in quoting and qualifying requests
7.Ensure full knowledge of parts testing parameters in order to qualify parts samples
8.Analyze, report on, and drive to root cause and resolution any vendor quality and delivery issues
9.Able to develop and train suppliers to international standards of process and quality
10.Utilize, and help to improve and create, appropriate quoting and qualifying forms and processes


Qualifications
1.College graduate with a technical background (engineering, statistics, maths, business…
2.3-7 years experience in plastics engineering, quality control or international purchasing of engineered parts
3.Experience establishing quality control processes
4.Six Sigma and ISO 9000 certification experience a plus
5.Knowledge of injection molding processes
6.Able to communicate in English.
