岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
1.Lead investigations involving harassment and discrimination and prepare responses to complaints from outside agencies
2.Assist managers with preparation and delivery of performance counseling and communicating terminations.
3.Develop strong working relationships with management, to ensure ER involvement in disciplinary actions and to recommend proactive solutions to recurring problems.
4.Partner with internal departments such as Fraud Risk Management, Legal, and other HR functions.
5.Proactively seek opportunities to educate management on employee relations issues and improve internal team and department processes and procedures
6.Prepare reports to ensure management is kept abreast of caseload and more visible employee relations issues.
7.Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues
8.Ensure that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability
9.Advise and guide managers in best practice performance management. Coach and advise on management techniques.
10.Counsel management on disciplinary actions ensuring consistency and adherence to policies
11.Provide coaching to HR team pertaining to initiatives supporting positive employee relations, counseling and disciplinary issues.

Requirements:
1.At least 5 years experience in Employee Relation management
2.Exposure in a large scale manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
3.Analytical & Numerical Ability,Patience,Self-Reliance,Listening,Persistence,Enthusiastic and energic
4.Open-hearted and easy-going
5.A good team player
6.Bachelor's Degree of Business Studies/Administration/Management
