岗位职责和要求：
岗位概述以及职责
1)全面负责财务部的日常管理工作；
2)组织制定财务方面的管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行 (e.g. Ringi, Contract Review and Internal Audit)；
3)制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；
4)负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告、月/季/年度财务报告;
5)负责公司全面的资金调配，成本核算、会计核算和分析工作;
6)负责资金、资产的管理工作；
7)监控可能会对公司造成经济损失的重大经济损失
8)管理与银行及其他机构的关系;
9)协助财务总监开展财务部与内外的沟通与协调工作;
10)完成上级交给的其他日常事务性工作。
任职资格
1）学历要求：财务或相关专业本科以上学历;MBA 优先 ; 具有中级会计师职称
2）工作经验：
有5年以上大企业型财务管理工作经验；在跨国公司有 3-5 年的相关工作经验更佳；
熟悉VBA技能及了解ERP系统，有SAP/用友经验更佳；
精通中西方财务核算系统，以及公司财务会计、审计、税务、外汇等业务；
熟悉会计操作、会计核算及审计的全套流程与管理;
熟悉国家财经法律法规和税收政策及相关财务的处理方法;
熟悉公司财务分析、预算管理，具备时间管理技能；
良好的中英文囗头及书面表达能力，熟悉操作计算机财务软件和办公应用软件；
