岗位职责和要求：
Job description for Accounting Supervisor

-Ledger postings and mapping with GL codes
-Prepare and analyze financial and management reports in according with the specified time frame to US head-quarter.
-Transition of financial statements from PRC GAAP to US GAAP
-Prepare China statutory reports and tax filings
-Review monthly account analysis and schedules
-Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation reports
-Preparation of fund flow statement
-Prepare annual budget, periodical forecast and monthly variance analysis
-Supervise the PRC accounting, tax & government administration issues
-Prepare intercompany balance reconciliation
-Service invoices charge to intercompanies
-Maintain of the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
-Liaison with auditors and government officials
-Preparation of cash flow projection.
-Check run for the settlement of account payables and staff reimbursements.
-Control of the petty cash and proper posting of the reimbursement
-Ad hoc project base assignment

Requirement for Accounting and Administration Officer
-Minimum 7 years working experience of MNC in China.
-University Degree in related disciplines
-Possess formal and recognized qualifications in Accounting
-With comprehensive practical experience and understanding of PRC GAAP and other statutory requirements and regulations.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
-Independent and with good self-initiative.
-Proficient in PC applications.
