岗位职责和要求：
Critical competence:
- Understand different markets requirements
- Understand the installation practices of different markets
- Understand British Standard
Responsibilities:
-To define short / long term product development plans based on feedback from customers / sales team, competitor product developments, new technology opportunity or technical aspects of product segment (standards, quality, service).
-To support the development through phases and to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the product spec.
-To manage the existing range with a view to maximizing sales / margins.
- To manage the products in line with the Portfolio Management process to identify products that can be deleted from the range or where margin improvements can be gained through price repositioning.
- To analyze and monitor the activities of key competitors, and to take actions appropriately accordingly.

Requirement:
-Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering.
-Mechanical & Electrical knowledge required in product management.
-Be familiar with enclosure design standard such as: BS, IEC, GB etc...
-At least 5 years in product management.
-Working experience in electrical equipment manufacturing environment with project.
-Microsoft project& Autocad and Pro-E knowledge required.
-Management skill in a cross functional team.
-Good communication skills and English is good..
