岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
1.Design new products according to hager design rules; Initiate and follow up design improvement and modification of existing product independently.
2.Provide technical support to the design team if need.
3.Testing: Participate in R&D test, define verification and qualification plan and follow up action plan.
4.Cost reduction: Participate in the quotation process and in the setting up
of special assembly processes that reduce cost, like DFA.
5.Actively initiate or standardize R&D and PM system according to design team principle and philosophy.

Qualifications:
1.Solid design knowledge in both plastic and metal product.
2.Strong knowledge in drawing handling and design methodology
3.At least 3 years in Design/Manufacturing experience
4.Knowledge in AutoCAD & Pro-E top down
5.Team spirit and good communication skills
6.English is well.
